Block target wrapper

That white whatever it is around the Block targets. Nylon mesh or cloth of some type.
I left my outdoors exposed to the elements and the stuff has rotted and the targets trying to fall apart.
I'm sure some one else has had this happen my question is how to fix it ?
Duct tape, some type of shrink wrap ?
Or just toss it and get another one ?

Use a couple of ratchet straps to keep the layers compressed together. It might work.

I duct taped mine up yesterday and it is already coming apart again. I will probably use a lot more tape and wrap it back together.
