Anybody seen the movie Blood in Blood out?

Been on call at nights in the hospital for the past two weeks straight. My partner and I had the rare chance to watch a movie in between the ridiculous amounts of calls we normally get (hence the pic I posted carrying 4 hospital pagers at the same time for example).

We picked this movie and man, it was great. If you haven't seen it, it's worth checking out.

Yeah, it was an incredible film. I grew up speaking Spanish as a child, practically fluent and some of the slang I hadn't heard in years. when I go back to Mexico every year it takes me a few days but I can converse, but I've lost so much of it it's sad.

It is kind of a streets version of a movie that came out the year before, American Me.

I thought American Me was a bit better but it is all subjective. That movie is kind of a fiction based on fact of the forming and rise of the Mexican Mafia.

Also great viewing if anyone likes Blood In, Blood Out.
