ICS Beman vs Easton Axis Question

I have some ICS Beman and Easton Axis arrows that weigh the same (405grains) but don't shoot the same. The Axis shoot 2 inches lower then the Beman. They are in the same plane left to right but seem to drop more. I know the Beman are thicker then the Axis. Any thoughts

I had this issue when I went from the Goldtips to the Beman ICS Hunter's I use now. They shot about 2" different

Probably weight distribution, more front end heavy should cause the nose to drop.

That's two different diameter arrows and if they weigh the same, the smaller diameter will shoot lower.

This it's like moving your rest d own 1/16"

What makes the smaller diameter shoot lower? I thought for some reason the smaller diameter would shoot higher but I'm no physics guy.

As stated above, it's like you've moved your rest down. Arrow tip points at a lower plane and you're somewhat out of tune.

If you've ever had a rest installed, a tech should ask what arrows you're shooting just for that reason.

I hunt Beman arrows exclusively. I don't change arrows anymore. Beman arrows shoot straight, are tough, and made in the USA.

You should explain that to Leonardo Da Vinci. Get him up to speed.
