Still waiting and submitted in July. Same deal and no help on the phone line or email reply.

Mine took a day under 5 weeks from sent info in to mailed. This was back in the summer.

Mine seemed like it was taking too long so I called and turns out that I was missing some documents lady told me they would eventually send me a letter saying the document was missing but they don't get in a hurry....

Me and several friends took the course at the same time. I got all my paperwork done that weekend, and the next week I did my finger prints. Everything was sent off in less than a week. My one buddy waited almost 3 weeks to do all his stuff and got his 3 weeks before me. And he had a dui 10 years ago. Nothing on my record. All in all it took 10 weeks to get mine.
When it does turn green saying your approved then it was mailed the next day. Received it within 3 days after it said mailed.

Sent mine in around the 15th of September and got it back on the 4th of October. It took my buddy and cousin almost 60 days to get theirs in. I guess I just got luck
