Yeah the price when buying was great but should have done my homework on service. I learned my lesson on this one!

So......unless your not worried about service or repairs, AVOID Fun Town RV!
I am very fortunate to have a small Mom and Pop Rv dealer/service department right here in Belton that my Dad and I both have traded with for 25 plus years! They are like family now!

Tyler RV Center is as bad or worse! NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THERE...Had my camper for 6 months of the summer repairing after a water leak that WAS under warranty. When we picked it up the A/C had gone out! Took it back after the trip and it sat for another 2 weeks. Get ready to go on a July 4th trip this year and the A/C is out again! Talked to the sales dept. about trading in to get rid of the piece of **** and they wouldn't give me anymore for a trade in than another dealer down the road and owner didn't come off the price of the new one a $1.

I bought mine there, and yes I did know about the service complaints prior to purchasing. For me though, in this case, was all about the money as they were considerably less expensive than others.
Luckily I haven't needed service at this point, the salesman that we used was very honest, in fact he took us down to the inventory lot and we got to walk through about 5 different trailers of the model we bought and got to choose the exact one we wanted, which I thought was pretty cool.
Hopefully it doesn't come back to bite me.

My 2017 Zinger is back at Explore USA in Seguin for the 2nd time under warranty. Going on the 2nd week but I did have a couple items that needed to be taken care of. Not overly impressed but not to the point of being angry. The first time I took it in 3 days after I bought it for a water leak. The leak was never found until a couple months ago by me. I will say they were mighty quick about looking into the problem then. Now not so much. The warranty was not necessarily a selling point with it being only one year. I probably won't by a CrossRoads Rv again with the problems I've had.

I bought my current 5th wheel from Genuine RV in Nacogdoches 2 years ago next month. I can't speak for their warranty or service because I've never had to use it. Everything in or attached to the trailer has worked as advertised. If something has broken or failed it can be directly attributed to me or the wife.
I would easily recommend both their sales department and their make ready department, they did good.
I worked in a dealership back in the early 80's and I spent a couple of hours going over the trailer before ever buying so I had a good idea of what needed to be addressed before I picked it up. And I was pleasantly surprised that they had caught every item. During the PDI we went over everything from front to back and roof to tires before I signed and dropped the pin in the hitch.
