That is a mature verging on post-mature buck. Chances are he won't get any better. Great deer to take and good luck. I don't think he will pop 140 (although he could) but he's at least solid 130's. (can't see the G1's)

I'd need to see him, video or in person, but from the pics, I say he's mature. I'd also put him solid 30's. Good brows, from what I can see, with excellent 2
s and 3's. The 4s bump him up 10 more inches. decent beams.
