    Tree Frogs

Found this little guy on the glass of my front door. Relocated him/her to the backyard. Amazing how fast they can change color. On the glass it was a light brown translucent and I could see it's guts and tiny heart beating. Oh, yeah it pee'd on me. He must have been up on the door glass competing with the Geckos for night time bugs since we leave the porch light on.

Those are so cool. I haven't seen one in years. I used to catch them all the time when I'd go up to Missouri.

I had a few as pets as a kid. The one pictured is a green treefrog.

Hoping it eats skeeters. Lots and lots of skeeters.

Yes they are know for flying up in the air way high like the eagle, caw caw! and then soaring back down to dive bomb any skeeters in the area.

Millions of them hatched out in AR this year. Literally everything is covered in them. The br8ght green ones, not the brown ones

Used to catch them as a kid by the dozen and my grandparents in Louisiana. They turn crisp pretty quick if you forget them in a coffee can.

Great pics. Some of them sound like chihuahuas barking when they broadcast their mating call.

                        Killer frog

Mid day once I had a headache so I closed up my popup and curled up to a nap . A tree frog jumped on my forehead when I was asleep scared me so bad I jumped and licked the side out of my blind . Cute little guy hung out in the blind till cold weather .

                          My favorite frogs!

Had one jump over on my bow quiver hood while hunting Aransas. Skeeters were bad that year and quickly noticed they stayed away from the tree frog. I used a twig to move a second tree frog to the quiver and held in front of my face, it works.
