Tips on how to stand a two man ladder stand?

I've got a set of just the ground swivel pegs without the hoist ... it still makes putting up a two man stand a one man job.

An extension ladder is a life saver. I put up a 17' and did all the limb cutting/ tying off from the ladder, felt much safer.
