Horizontal vs Slider window

I am going to order a few deerview windows for my new blind build and was hoping some of you that are using these windows can chime in on what they prefer. I see the slider windows are about double in price when looking at the 24x10. With the price in mind im leaning towards the hinge windows.

I don't have any deerview windows, but I do have blinds that have both sliders and hinged windows. I lean torwards the hinge style myself. I like to be able to open the entire window at once. I don't want to worry about a window being in the way if my prey doesn't come present me with a shot out of the open side of the window. YMMV.
