    Need clarification

So I've been a TX resident for over 2 years now and I just noticed this on the TPWD website.
I was double checking when Archery opened and saw this

"Archery Only Either sex. No permit is required to hunt antlerless deer unless MLDP permits have been issued for the property."

Does this mean during archery season you dont have to tag an antlerless deer?

I feel kinda stupid right now.... I started boxing again and my head hurts lol

It means you don't need a Special permit,in addition to your license tag...

You still have to tag it.

Some counties don't allow does to be killed during rifle season or they have limited days to kill does during rifle season without permits or your land being MLD land.

Generally (not always) in the above mentioned counties does are allowed to be killed during bow season without any permits or you land being on the MLD program.
