I don't know if any of our military services have anything like this. I'm not sure if it is because Swedish military officers can't tell men from women or what.

How dare they acknowledge the needs of men and women are different.
"The manual has examples of situations where officers could apply a gender perspective, including when considering disruptions from a bridge closure during an exercise.
The manual says: "Do a gender analysis to understand who uses the bridge and how." "
What does gender have to do with the bridge being closed and not being able to use it?

There's probably a warno coming down the pipe...wouldn't surprise me. That being said, in my experience it's never been a big deal gay, straight etc...I've seen some people whom I assume are gay in uniform, but I've never personally had any issues or seen fall out from that community in my service time.
The few trannys that are sure to follow are such an insignificant percentage...that I hope will not have to deal with.
Other than that the military seems to be how it always has been. Lots of drinking, talking about sex(just slightly more careful around whom you say what) and cursing...and that good old sexual harassment training that seems to occur every week.

I think that the leadership is disappointed that their great social experiment of letting women in combat arms (infantry, armor) isn't getting too many takers right now.
