They truly are some awesome critters. We used to have a buck that would come to the camp and eat corn out of a feed bucket for the horses. We could never touch him but got within 10 inches multiple times. My grandfather who is no longer with us used to feed his ranch every day and would have deer following his old 84 ford when it pulled into the ranch. We hunt low fence but it's still cheating because after 20 years it's not abnormal to see deer come out after we drive by throwing corn.
