Plano Synergy Customer Service
Just wanted to post up about my Customer Service experience with Plano Synergy/Plano Modeling-maker of Plano Cases.
Back Story: Bought a used bow a couple years ago and it came with a Plano hard bow case (model #1111). Everything was used but new to me.
Emailed Plano Synergy/Plano Modeling this morning about trying to locate the Arrow Holder inserts for my case. I could not find them online anywhere (new or used). Just received an email from them that they are sending me a FREE set of the arrow insert clips today and I should have it in a few days.
Blown away by the offer and gladly accepted and appreciated. Very cool of a vendor to do that on a used case.
