There is much truth in this.

      It's a great atmosphere.

I had an opportunity at cheap tickets this year to Ohio St/Michigan but couldn't make it work with my schedule. I would have loved to see that fiasco and see how it compared to Texas/OU.

There's not another game like it! State fair in the background, crowd 50/50, neutral venue that is equal distance for each team...it's an amazing atmosphere, unlike any other game I've ever attended.

Hmm...I can think of another classic rivalry that could take that spot. These heads need to me it happen. I couldn't imagine what the ticket prices would be. Maybe it could be held at texas motor Speedway and be a copycat of the battle at Bristol. Sell 200,000 tickets or something crazy. The tailgate would be sick

If that game comes back, look for it to be the opener or within the first 3 weeks in a stand alone time slot.

Not sure if you've ever been to TMS, but that wouldn't really work.

I think that game needs to be home and home, and early season.

The sight lines had to be horrible for Bristol. I'm all for keeping the TX / OU game at the Cotton Bowl over the watchful eye of Big Tex. When TX and A&M play again I hope it's not at a neutral sight like NRG or Cowboy stadium.

Ahh, no I havent. Home and home would be good too. Just not sure I'm ready to pony up $400 per ticket. I'd have to feel pretty confident in my ags. I would really like to go to a game though at DKR seeing I never went in college. I was too busy hunting or chasing girls.

The sight lines, and distances at Bristol were in fact, aweful. TMS is 3X the size of Bristol.

Baby steps. I would love to see Home and Home. I know it's a pipe dream but, restart of T-Day game would be the ultimate..

Don't like the neutral site NFL stadium games. The Bristol thing was kinda cool. They said the atmosphere was great at Heinz Field as well.

I went to the Big 12 Championship games at Texas Stadium and NRG. It was fun but nothing like TX/OU or a big game at DKR.
