My oldest son is doing it right.

My oldest son is 27 years old.
He closed on his first house yesterday.
I asked him if he wanted me to go with him to the closing and he said " I got this dad , if I need you I will call"
3 bedroom on 65 acres. He has been saving back for years for this place and I'm just happy to see his dreams coming true.

Well done dad, it looks like you raised him well. Nothing like seeing your adult children succeed in the real world.

Congratulations. Be sure to look him in the eye and say you're proud of him, please don't assume he already knows it!

LOL , that's not a problem. I hug my grown sons and tell them I love them no matter were we are or who's around. I tell them how proud I am of them all of the time.

Il get some pics soon. Gonna drag my tractor over there next week when I get back to do some brush hogging and stake out where he wants the barn built. He has to head back to Corpus to finish the job he is assigned to so he cant get anything done for awhile
