Good folks. Their windows and installation isn't as much as I thought it would be. Good people to deal with. They are actually a customer of mine. I hope to have some windows installed next year.

What saved us the most was 6 main openings currently count for 2 windows each, and these guys have single windows to fill the space, which saves quite a bit of money. I also wanted as few panes as possible, so it cut down from 4 to 2 panes each....

I was told 4-6 weeks lead time for installation. The 6th week they tried to tell me it would be another 3 weeks. After much arguing they agreed to come sooner.
Many windows are leaning.
Many of the windows shoved to far into the window opening and not flush with the trim on the out side of the house. This takes up to much space on the inside opening to were you can't hang 2" blinds properly.
Very little effort on clean up. Broken glass was scattered through out the yard and flower beds.
The lead installer told me to remove any valuables because his two helpers he has never worked with before. His two helpers were littered with tattoos. One of them had two tear drops by his eye.
Based on my experience I wouldn't use them again nor would I recommend them.

With a little shopping and research, in most cases it can be done with a very high quality product at a considerable savings by using a reputable name-brand window dealer with a good demo/install crew.
Vinyl is now the industry standard since most (if not all) aluminum windows will not pass local or national energy codes.
Vinyl might be the standard, but I did not like vinyl only. I had customers that sagged a little.... Probably bad install, don't know. I wanted vinyl wrapped aluminum for the strength factor. Very happy with them
