How can I record a show on to dvd?

My daughter and son are going to be on Young Wild on Sunday and I was wanting to record the show. I will have it on dvr but didn't know if anyone knew how to put it on a dvd?

Does anyone know a way? Thought about setting up a video camera and videoing the screen?

Any better ideas?

I believe you must have a writable DVD player and a writable disc. Just guessing, but you should be able to play from DVR to the DVD writable player/disc
