Mail order briskets?

Anybody ever mail ordered a brisket? I had gotten addicted to the Prime briskets at costco in Rockwall, but we just moved to Memphis. You can imagine my shock when I found that the costco here only carries Choice graded FLATS!!! No packer cuts at all. I've gotta have my fatty point for chopped, and I was really happy with those prime graded briskets.

Called around and haven't found a good supplier here. A quick google showed there's plenty of high-dollar mail order meat places that cater to the competition circuit. My biggest worry is not getting to pick through to find the perfect one for me. Any testimonials from the green screen?

You might check & see if Sysco foods sells them. They are a restaurant supply company.

Talk to the butcher at Costco. I'd be willing to bet they can get you what you want.

I did try to find somebody last time I was in there, but it was a Saturday, and a flat out madhouse. Will try again. Worried they're gonna want me to order a case.
