We have this issue with a lab that has a taste for chickens....but we haven't shocked him for fear he won't chase a duck again (wild not yard)

Uses an under ground wire (so it's out of sight) that stimulates a shock collar the closer a dog gets to it. There are a lot of them on the market. Just google it up. Pretty cheap too, in some cases.

When we had dogs eat chickens we'd tie the dead chicken around the dogs neck and make them wear it for a few days. Never seen it done with a goat but I bet it would work.
