Yes. I couldn't tell what he was and I was pretty much indifferent at that point. In retrospect I should've blasted them both if there's a chance they could be a moccasin....not to mention, the big one swam right towards us...guessing he had a den on our side. Whatever they were, they were lucky as I had 3 rounds in the 1100 ready to go.

It's hard to judge how big the snake really is in the video. If it was 6 foot long I'd say the chances that it was a moccasin are slim. For a Western Cottonmouth anyways which are the smallest of the Water Moccasins. The largest Cottonmouth on record was something like 74" and it was an Eastern. Chances are they're both non-venomous.
