2015 Ford Taurus problems

I can't find anyone that has had a similar problem online. Very weird problem. Accelerator cuts out if you get on it too fast (almost like a clogged fuel filter). But brake lights stay on when car is off and cruise control won't work. I think a brake actuator is stuck open.

Assuming it's under warranty, take it to the Ford house and let them fix it
