Yes this will definitely open things up for more debate I am sure? Shortly after I retired they started drilling gas wells around us within hearing distance and I will be very glad when they are complete.

According to USGS stats, Oklahoma had an average of two earthquakes per year before deep well injection practices. Last year there were approximately 890 earthquakes in Oklahoma.

I would imagine the additional number of monitor sites as well as the types of data collected would have a great deal of impact on the increase of numbers in the time frame.
