A rule like this would exist only so that somebody can tell you that you are breaking a rule, rather than just politely asking for a picture if you are indeed interested in buying the item that was described.

Because apparently grown men can't figure out how to post pics or are too lazy to. Just like putting a location either in the thread, in the title or at least in their profile.

For the tin foil hat guys you can be general in your location but at least the nearest city or county would be helpful.

no disrespect to anyone who posts in Classifieds, Heck, I'm guilty of it myself.
But can we make it a rule to require pics when posting something for sale?

Gonna need a picture of a chart or a pie graph, shoot maybe even a time line ,showing how often this happens and ratio of TBHers that show and don't show. That would be helpful. Thanks .
P.S. I want to pull audibles as well, to get the fool spectrum

Again... Why do you care? No pictures, no location... Move on.

I'd prefer to get people to close threads when things sell. That would be a task, actually following the guidelines already in place.

New rules for classifieds and pictures:

1) Every classified MUST have a picture
2) Every picture MUST be smaller than 640 x 480 pixels
2) Multiple pictures MUST be positioned vertically not horizontally
4) Text MUST have a space around the picture
5) Pictures will not be blurry, too dark or on have non-contrasting back ground

How's that for a start?

Not everything requires a picture. I just posted 2 glock magazines which sold in less than a day. They're glock magazines. You know what they look like.
