That's the one. Soooo good. We make these one every two weeks or so and make extra chicken for salads. I actually think the marinade is better on the chicken but great on the beef as well.

Only thing I do different is increase the salt 1/2 tblspoon and more lime.

Meant to add that I also tenderize all the meat prior to putting on the marinade.
