Anyone used a resume writting service?

Anyone every used one of this? I am at the Director / Architech level IT guy and I am finishing up a two year software development project in Houston for big oil and now it's about time to look for a new gig.

I am not really into writting essays for recruters so I was thinking about hiring a resume writter.

Any thoughts?

Don't waste your money on resume services.

I've done a bunch of resumes for fellas on here. I typically like to exchange the possibility of a hunt and/or ask for a donation to my PayPal account.

But, the resume services are typically in NYC or LA and have no idea about what Texans want to see and hear in a resume.
