i just cut the meat off the breast , put the meat on a tootpick with onion and bell pepper or put meat on a toothpick with piece of jalapeno and piece of pineapple and just put them on the pit,,,,, some good stuff, sometimes i put a piece of bacon but to each his own

I haven't tried a dove recipe that I didn't like. Those nacho's sure make me hungry for those little dudes.

Has anyone ever tried saving them up and grounding the breasts up for chili, burgers, or something similar?

We grind either dove or duck breast to make dirty rice.

Breast them out. Stack up on a long skewer, and season with fajita seasoning. Cook rare, as the process to melt the cheese etc cooks further.

I simply marinade in Newman's Own Family Recipe Italian salad dressing, wrap in bacon, and throw on the grill.
