Used JD Gator on CL

What are thoughts on buying used gator on CL in the below $2000 range. There is one in Humble another in Katy. Never owned a ATV or similar vehicle before.

I owned one that was given to me by my grandfather. It was a good little machine. Has it for a number of years before I traded it and got a Yamaha rhino.

As far as the quality of the machine you are buying, you will need to determine that by looking at it and test driving it. But a general safeguard against anything on CL is to never use anything than an in person meeting with cash. There are too many scams going around to deal with anything other than cash/in person. And make sure you can get a title

I have a buddy who has one and drives the dog mess out of it. Very seldom does it have the right amount of oil. So if you think it's a good deal then it probably is
