Fire ratings need to be higher for rural locations to where response time will be much longer.
I would suggest you look at Cabelas when they run a sale.
Most reputable companies build different levels of safes.
Bolting it is one of the best things you can do to add additional security as well as the other suggestions mentioned already.

We picked up our Cannon Tall/Wide at TSC for $999 on sale. Were normally like $1200 I believe. Watch for their sales and you can get some deals. Love the safe and have had no issues with it. Believe it is the 48 gun size as well.
