HEB Boston Butts 88 cent/pound

Got the weekly advertisement yesterday and picked up a couple for 0.88/lb

They did have a sign to "Limit 2"
But I will be making a bunch of trips to fill the freezer.

Even though my FIL raises hogs for a living, these prices are too cheap to pass up (and he is 4+ hours away)

HEB in Ennis has them for 1.00 per pound

Ours down here in Taylor does too. The original poster may live in an area where HEB is competing with a Kroger or other store that normally runs the butts on sale this time of year.

Wish I had an HEB closer! They need to use the space they bought across from Kroger

Yeah there is a Kroger right across Hwy 377 from the HEB in Granbury.

I had already messaged Smart today about finding a break on Brisket prices. Local Wal-Mart had brisket for $1.97 per pound. Fort Worth area.
