Squirrel proof stand and fill feeder?

My dad is 82 years old. Hes looking for a feeder he can stand on the ground and fill. He can lift a bucket full of corn and pour in one bucket at a time, if he needs to. He has one that sits on the ground now, but the squirrels keep chewing holes in the plastic sides. Any suggestions for him?

I bought a metal stand and feed from academy 2yrs ago. Come with a cage. Works great.

Reach out to Robinhood (Jason Gabler). He is making barrels set up (without timer). I bought one myself. My guess is he could tweak some things on one to make it work for your pops.
