Question on Vortex CS

I sent in a pair of binos to get repaired. Do they send a confirmation email they received them or anything?

Not to sure if I got one or not but they will take care of you. Sent me a brand new pair back.

They will normally not send a confirmation E-Mail BUT VORTEX has the BEST customer service and stand behind their product like no other company I have ever dealt with or heard of!!!!
