    Replacing Chevy Silverado Dash

I'm looking to sell my 2010 Chevy Silverado half-ton. It has the 6.2 and has been a fantastic truck overall, however the dash is cracked in two or three places. I'd like replace the dash before trying to sell it. Does anyone know of a competent mechanic that can handle this in the DFW or Stephenville area?

Get a nice dash mat and cover the cracks.
I doubt if you'll get your investment back with a new dash, but I've been wrong before.

      That's a good suggestion I hadn't thought of.

Dash is about $800 to replace at dealer. Possibly get it cheaper if you have some type of warranty left. It'll likely crack after a few years. Typical problem in gmc and chevy vehicles since forever. Usually on passenger side near airbag. And on driver side on left of vent
