Which version of Windows is better...

Found out that I can't install Windows 7Pro on my Mac. Needs to be version 8 or newer. That being said, which version is better? Windows 8 or 10?

Windows 3.1 is my fav .

I have one computer with 7 and prefer it to my other with 10.

I kinda like 10 above the rest. For my needs, it doesn't make much difference.

If I remember correctly you wanted to run cad software correct? I would go 10. Here at school they recommend not using 8 because of supposed stability issues with inventor. Don't know if it's true, but I certainly like 10 better then 8,and don't like it any less then 7. As far as pro being more stable, I'm not sure.

Pro is not needed. The difference between PRO & Home are tied to Windows Domain and business specific network connectivity features. The installation footprint is smaller on Windows 10 Home, use it, so you conserve space on your MAC.

Why aren't you able to install Win7? Thats what I run on parallels.
