Get my first bow kill. Only been able to afford "day hunts" the last couple years and never saw deer that we were able to shoot. My dad and I are on a 600ac lease with 1 other this year that looks like it's gonna be great.
Working on getting a food plot put in and going Saturday to refill feeders and set up some tripods

I've taken read a but more serious. That's all I've hunted with the last few years but wouldnt start practicing until 2 months before my one axis hunt each year. I've been shooting every day, really watching form, and practicing out to 36 yards (I won't shoot an animal that far). Anf I'm using soft soled chukkas and snake gaitors instead of heavy hard soled noisy snake boots to spot and stalk.

I also intend to try duck & goose hunting with a bow. I think I'll end up really enjoying it.
Last thing will be to shoot the red stag that showed up on one of my hunting properties last year. Nice 5x4 and was young. That'll get you jacked up to be 25' up an oak tree and have something like stroll past!!
