    Custom rifle build ?

So I was just wondering what a full custom built rifle would be with optic anyone have any input?

It would be a .300 win mag
Custom hs pro stock long bedded
    Stiller action
    30" broughton brrl heavy fluted
    Muzzle brake
With a high end leupold scope vx6 or so
With a two stage high end trigger
Custom hydro dipped and action and brrl cerakoted

Just some rough numbers of full build out the door?

Roughly $4500 if you use the site sponsor, $6000 if you use HCR.

        I've built 2 this year. A 257 wby and a 7 mag. Right under 5k a piece. Night force 5-20x50 on both.

So would labor for all that be around 2k or so?

If you stick with the stiller and hs stock your labor numbers based on Blakes prices are as follows: 125 fluting, 250 chamber-cut-crown, 100 thread barrel, 100 skim bed, 150 hydro dip, 200 cerakote =$925

That's labor only and no parts.

I had basically the same rifle built last year a few more upgrades. With a NF NXS I'm into it close to $5,700. Call APR

Not even close to $2k , although some gunsmiths will rape you and charge that much

                  Parts:
                  Action
                  Stock
                  Barrel

                  Labor:
                  Fit, chamber , crown : $250
                  Pillar, glass bed : $225

A matte action with bead blasted stainless barrel will look old school and requires no other labor.

I was just taking to APR the other day and my deal is going to come in under 1500, with them providing everything but the action and stock which I already have.

Check out horizon firearms. Texas Native in college station. Great family ran operation, Derrick and crew build a nice piece for sure. Anything from a rebarrel to full custom

APR had me around 3100-3200 with a Defiance action and Mcmillan stock so I would assume they could have yours a bit less. Then just add the cost of glass
