Anyone do jumping jacks before target practice?

I'm sure I look like a fool to my neighbors but I like to do this to simulate the adrenaline rush when that buck I've been waiting for comes out.

Anyone else do anything like that to get your heart rate and breathing up?

I duct tape my mouth and poke a straw through it and shoot breathing through the straw

      I'd suffocate.

I do it sometime but not often enough. Or I like to shoot after a run.

Only after I shoot and break another arrow. I would pull my hair out, but not much left!!
I will try it the next time I shoot.

Buck fever seems to go away as soon as I draw and then returns after the arrow was loosed.

I like to do push ups before I shoot.

Just the opposite, but I totally see where you are coming from.
I sit down to practice because that's how I hunt, focusing on being absolutely silent on the draw.

I sit as well but after I get my heart rate up. I also sit on the edge of my chair the way I would in my stand for mobility to adjust my shot and draw slowly. I don't do the jumping jacks all the time just this time of year.

I've been known to struggle with the latches on my cooler before shooting. That...or tie my shoes.

When i practice with a buddy, we take turns drawing back and holding until the other says shoot, sometimes its 3 seconds sometimes its 60 seconds. Then i say shoot at will... and proceed to yell something ridiculous at him to get him to flinch.
