    When I lived in Texarkana 20 years ago arson wasn't a crime. DA wouldn't touch it.

      I spent half the day repairing damages occoured during our Monday afternoon debacle. Had to run to West to get a new fuel tank for the pump on one brush truck. It developed a leak after the fire. It was a design flaw but still had to be replaced. A simple item like a fuel tank set us back $250 in fuel, parts and fuel to go get the parts. Not bad if you have tax money coming in on a regular basis but for a fundraiser funded department every penny counts.
