Can you outrun the law in a jacked up F350?

Some jackwagon was sure trying his best to do just that last night. Nearly hit me head-on on the IH-10 access rd between Boerne and Fair Oaks TX. It was just before 10pm and I had just crossed under the highway when, in the distance, I see red and blue flashing lights heading my way . It's a 2-lane, 2-way road and I couldn't tell if the lights were on the highway or access road. Just as I decide to start pulling over out of caution, all of a sudden there is this jacked up F350 barreling towards me, taking up both lanes with 2 LEOs right on his tail and a 3rd catching up fast. Hard to judge, but he had to be doing 90+ mph. Slams on his brakes and takes the same hwy crossing I had just used and continues on the other side of highway with all 3 LEOs in hot pursuit. At those speeds I lost sight of them pretty quick. Got to the house, drank a cold one and said a little prayer...

I haven't seen anything about it on the local news, so if there are any LEOs in the area, I sure would like to know how it turned out? Hopefully he is sitting in jail and nobody got hurt.

    Ya'll be careful out there,

I was in my own F250 with leveling kit and 35" tires. This guy had a 4" or 6" lift with at least 37" mudders. I heard them as he went whizzing by me and kicking up road dust into my window It was a light colored truck, looked like a white and tan king ranch. Couldn't make out the markings on the cop cars.

Sorry that was me, Those cops were my buddies and we were in route to the Dairy Queen. Last one there had to buy. I was taking up both lanes so they could not get past me.

to answer the OPs question...yes, why yes you can. 1990 I jumped a nighthunter on a two lane county road in west Alabama. As I accelerated after him he simply pulled away from although I was going around 120mph.

Two weeks later I got a call he was hunting again so I staked out his camphouse. When he returned I pulled in behind him and he tried to run eventhough it was a deadend drive Dang near wrecked at the end, and his partner bailed and ran off a 30 foot cliff in the dark but I had the driver, the truck, and the stilll alive shot buck in the bed of the truck at 1am....

When we got to the jail I asked him to open the hood and there set 600horses of chrome engine pushing that 3.5 ton dually along quite nicely. Nuff engine and nerves and yes, they can outrun a LEO. Got the t-shirt.....

Most of those trucks are speed limited to 95 mph unless it has been removed. Back when I was in high school I was coming back from a field concert in my dad's truck ('03 F350 on 37's) and a guy refused to let me pass. He was doing about 45 on a 60 mph dead flat, straight highway, and you're on it for about an hour. No other cars in sight.

Every time I would attempt to pass him, he would speed up. Happened 3 times until I had enough. His truck hit the speed limiter at 95. My dad's truck was running a tune and had the governor deleted, ran right by him.

Chase was probably cancelled due to the danger depending on what agency was involved
