James freeman the man that killed the game warden March of last year right on the edge of wharton county has been found guilty of capital murder. It was a short trial which was predicted since the shoot out was on dash cam video after a long chase and there where multiple witnesses (other wardens and sheriffs). Now the sentencing phase begins. I hope he rots in prison for the rest of his life, Because all of this was just because he got caught road hunting. MY best wishes to the wardens wife and friends.
