So my boss gave me an ATN night vision scope to help with thinning out the hog population here at the ranch. It's an ok scope but it wasn't giving me the distance I wanted at night so I put it on the shelf. Yesterday I was going through some of my old army junk and found IR Chem lights. LIGHTBULB! Using the Chem lights I'm hoping to backlight the feeder to give me the stand off I want. So tonight I've hung the IR Chem lights on two legs of the feeder and one in the center and we'll see what happens. If it works I'm putting a call into supply and gone make it a regular thing.
