Ohio Update/Report: 2050Z (Tim)
Hey Guys/Gals,
Seems like the weather is right up there for Tim & Glen in Ohio. The cold front landed right on top of them. The deer are moving mid day so they are hunting all day when they can. Wednesday Tim almost got a shot at a good 8 pointer. By the end of the day they had seen 11 bucks
and two were definite shooters!!!
Yesterday Tim had a basket 8 walk by in range but it ain't what you go to the midwest for. The bucks are moving alot and Tim thinks it is only a matter of time. He did sling a arrow at a good shooter and hit a branch
and then not 10 minutes later he saw two more bucks!!! They are up and moving for sure!!! Sounds like Glen is having fun also since getting away from Hagerman last weekend. He had a doe on him but did not take the shot. Guess it is good to have live decoys when the rut is kicked in!
Tim did miss a big doe yesterday evening but he is pumped. It MAY be all the boudain they are eating up there!!!
I told him to keep slingin arrows and stay on the stand best they can. He said he would......"or until he runs outta arrows!" 
Sounds like a awesome hunt so far and I got a feeling that a beast is gonna fall before this trip is over!!!
