Got my pushups in this morning. If I can get it done after all I drank last night there's no excuse for anyone else.

we do them for kayak & canoe racing
start out by doing as many as you can
then drop in a few hours and do another set of the same number, or a few more
if you do at least two sets a day, the number starts to creep up with every set
when you get to 50, that's your set.
what we did in the Army when we had to drop for the drill sergeant.

Yep it's hot outside for sure. I need to start shooting my bow...at least a few arrows a day...right at dark...or from inside the house with door open...lol.
I got my sweat on the bike again today. 45 min. Then some mongo exercises with this 50 pounder.
I'll get my push-ups in after I cool off a bit.
