    Got my pushups in this morning. If I can get it done after all I drank last night there's no excuse for anyone else.

            I made the bad decision to use the push up handles which allows your chest to go deeper. Might not do that today. Gonna have to wait as I jut did 4.3 miles with a 50 pound pack. 1.1 miles of that was at 18% incline the rest was in this freaking heat/humidity!

              I skipped yesterday. I have no excuse as the motivation for this challenge is large. I will make up for it today. I'm about to wear myself out on my exercise bike and do double the push-ups throughout the day.

                  we do them for kayak & canoe racing
                  start out by doing as many as you can
                  then drop in a few hours and do another set of the same number, or a few more
                  if you do at least two sets a day, the number starts to creep up with every set
                  when you get to 50, that's your set.
                  what we did in the Army when we had to drop for the drill sergeant.
                  then it's about how long it takes you to do your set of 50

                      Last two days were busy at work so I didn't hit the gym but I did 22 these past two nights before hitting the shower. That's day 8-9 I think.

                        25 yesterday but I did use the push-up handles to get DEEP into them. Gotta do more today.........kinda dragging.........guess I can go shoot some arrows in the yard for a little bit.

                            Yesterday I did 45 min on the bike, 25 push-ups and a bunch of shoulder press and curls using the one 50# dumb bell I have.

                            Back on the bike now. Will get my push-ups in after this sweat session.

                              Shot about 18 arrows...........shot pretty dang good. Now I am even dragging more.......well I did pull some small weeds popping up around the pool. DAng it is HOTTT!!!

                                Yep it's hot outside for sure. I need to start shooting my bow...at least a few arrows a day...right at dark...or from inside the house with door open...lol.

                                I got my sweat on the bike again today. 45 min. Then some mongo exercises with this 50 pounder.

                                I'll get my push-ups in after I cool off a bit.
