What to feed hogs that cattle won't eat?

I found a local place to hunt hogs but they have cattle on it. Any suggestions? I have heard pour deisel on corn?

Don't pile up corn...scatter it thinnly so the cows cannot get to it without eating more dirt than corn....

what murphy said...just scatter it real well.

On my place after the cattle truck comes through the hogs follow the cows.

Use table scraps, you know like old grease soaked bread, meat trimmings, etc. Hogs are omniverous..(will eat anything), but cows aren't likely to eat animal cleanings, and table scraps... you know the old "slop the hogs" thing...

Cows are going to eat or tromple anything you put out for hogs. The sparsly spreading of corn is the best idea. The cows will eat it with diesel on it. Meat scraps in the pile will just have the cows acting goofy as if a coyote was in ther midst.

Tried the diesel a couple of years ago. I think that corn is still piled up. Nothing would touch it for months.

Dig a hole and fill with corn and Hog Wild. Then cover the hole. Pour another bag of hog wild over the hole. They will find it! Cow's won't.

Jaspro is right...cows will eat anything! They ate the wires on my trail cams, my antenna off my truck, tip of fishing pole, windows on box blind and the entire wooden door and all the zippers off the pop ups!

Dig a hole about a foot deep and 6 to 8 inches across. Pour 25# corn in, 1 bag yeast, 1 bag strawberry jello mix, 1 cup sugar and 1 beer. Mix a little and cover with about 2" dirt. The hole will enlarge when the hogs find it and then just add soured corn. We put corn in a 5 gallon bucket, add water sugar and yeast and in a few warm days, the corn will be ripe and the pigs will love it. We have had holes that started out small and ended up so large and deep, that big boars could literally hide in there while eating and we would have to wait for them to exit before we coud get a shot.
