So... The bucks are starting to get a little frisky in Palo pinto( near possum kingdom lake ).. How is it looking were you hunt?

Eastern Colorado county here. And the bucks have been trailing does since about the middle of last week. Yep...the last week in October!!! I have trail cam pictures to prove it. And we have a 10 that was seen twice cruising for does WAY behind them.

well san jacinto county. i have no clue.... ive pretty much done everything i can think of to get a mature buck with no luck... maybe its too hot... i dunno.. ive rattled , walked, used decoys.. everything and all i see is small bucks... but on my trail cams ive gotten a crap load of pics of good bucks....

I was having the same problem untill last week.. All of the sudden the bigguns are moving in daylight.. be patient... It should happen real soon.

thanks i hope so. i dunno ive found scrapes and recent rubs but no bucks

I have yet to see a scrape or rub in Texas. I have hunted for 2.5 years now. Seen bucks, but no scrapes/rubs. I don't think these TX deer follow the rules. (lol)
