    I support Pernell!

Long story short...2 years ago we got a bid from a contractor in Houston to refinish our pool deck. It was from the company that originally built it and it was a good price. I didn't know the owner and got another bid from a "local" contracter who had done some indoor work and was recommended. (If your in Mt. Belvieu or Baytown pm me if you decide to go local I'll convince you away from that loon)....anyhow we got a terrible job done that had to be re done.
I reached out here on TBH and was contacted by Pernell who said his company did that and sent me his mans number. I called the number and guess who it was? The "Houston" contracter I had originally got a bid from. I didn't expect what was next.
Tod said "my bid is the same as it was 2 years ago, no biggie"....he didn't even need to come look...just we will fix it! Same price!
So fast forward to this summer. At the beginning of the summer we noticed part of the die was peeling, and it got worse. This was a year after Pernells crew redid it.
Again after a call to Tod, again I got a "no problem" it'll be fixed. And after a season a rain every other day today Pernells crew finished it up.
I've never met the man but I can tell you I will do my best to get him all the work I can because he truly GOES ABOVE and BEYOND with no whining, complaining, or excuses AT ALL!

Pernell you are first class as is Tod. Thank you very much for being a TRUE business Man and I'll never use anyone else!

    That is all.

I might add the re do took his crew 2 solid days, it wasn't a "patch", they completely started over to make it right....I couldn't be more pleased...and the Bride, more importantly, is very happy!

Looks nice. It is really nice when you find a guy/company that does things the right way.

Makes me want to get mine done. I would live outside if I had a set up like that.

Now that I'm drinking again, the pool ready for some beer and whiskey?

Thank you so much for the kind words Brandon. I started this business out 20 years ago and I truly believe that putting the customer first is why we have been so successful. If you ever need anything please let us know.

Looks great. Our deck was put down with flag stone and pea gravel around our pool a few years ago when it was built. It kept the cost down but we would eventually like the pea gravel replaced with something like that. I will keep this in my files.

Figured you were awake. Pernell did a great job, make that deck look bigger.

It is good to know some people still take pride in the work they provide.
