    Bubba Blade

Cousin had one of these when I saw him at Easter and we used it to cut all the chicken we cooked. The thing was BAD @SS! Anyone else have one and if so which one do you have? I'm really thinking about getting one and unsure of which one I want.

I have one of the first one's and it won't hold an edge for anything, especially when cleaning fish. Brisket and what not they work great. The best handle on any knife. The newer ones may have changed but I have no experience.

Yea, we were using it to slice brisket and chicken and it worked great.

I have several of them all different styles.. I like the thin flexible one for cleaning fish the best.

if I was getting it for what your using it for I would buy the 12" fillet. I'm digging that chef's knife though but for all around knife.

Bought the Hunting Knife for one of my BILs and the Stiffie Fillet Knife for my other BIL. Fillet knife I have heard is great, and used the hunting knife on a couple of deer...it worked great! As mentioned above, the handle on these knives are incredible.

I am thinking they have changed blade material or something. May have to give them another shot.

I was looking at the 6" chubby knife, 6" bayou knife or the 7" hunting knife to keep in my backpack for a good all around knife.

I bought the biggest one they had at Academy, it makes quick work of butchering a hog or deer.

For cleaning fish, I haven't used a better knife than the 7" tapered flex bubba blade

I have two of them. Mostly used to fillet fish. I love the stiffie for drum, red fish and sheepshead. The thin blade makes quick work of trout and flounder. I really want to try the hunting knife. I agree with all others on the grip, very comfortable and slip resistant.
