I know their 30 oz tumblers are all over the Ft Worth Buc-ees....but have not seen any coolers.

The Ozark hardware on their coolers is pure junk.

Not sure what is going on with the cooler issue. But, if Bucees can't get or keep them in stock why did they switch? Hopefully RTIC can get past this issue.

I believe you can purchase one from their distribution center off of 290 and Hollister. I would call first. They are in one of those new great big tilt wall warehouse buildings. I buy cases of the tumblers from them at this DC.

I was told last Saturday ,that Buc ees will have the at the end of this month.UPS delivers between 11 and 2 pm.We shall see

I have had no issues at all with my Ozark Trail cooler and tumblers. I have had one of the coolers for 3 or 4 months and used it lots of times. My latches work just fine. Maybe it is a random thing with them. I can just say the one I have has been a great value to me. I do like the RTIC stuff as well. I just did not want to wait for months on it to come in. I would have no issue buying an RTIC though if I needed it and it was in stock.

Wow! First time I've heard of anyone getting something from RTIC that quickly. I think the Softpacks look pretty cool. The square shaped access is really unique in the soft sided market.

I respectfully can't agree with that. I just returned one a couple hours ago at the WM in Wharton. I've had it about a month and used it several times and was far from impressed. It did no better than one of my regular coolers. I even tried the precooling tricks and stuff but it still didn't do better than my igloos. Finally one of the rubber latches broke! I bet it hadn't been opened 25 times! That sealed the deal and back to WM it went. I wasn't sure they would take it back but they did and gave me a gift card for $103. I am definitely not a cooler snob and this was my first "high end" cooler. I will try RTIC next.
