    I'm a dweeb

    A little background info!
    I was born and raised in rural NW Iowa. I love corn <3

    Recently me and my wife started a low carb diet. No bread, pasta, etc etc.
    We can eat fruits and vegetables that grow above ground, but not corn [emoji35].
    I was talking with my mom this afternoon, she got home from the hospital last night, possible mini stroke [emoji35][emoji35]. Telling her about it, she's been/might still be on one. I tell her about it. She drops this line on me. You know corn is a grain not a fruit or vegetable right? I could hear the foolish child in her voice, I'm 45.
    I was like D-OH Retard boy needs to back to pre k

      I have this argument with my old lady all the time...
      Her: "We need a vegetable"
      Me: "We've got two of 'em mash potatoes and corn!"

            And you do know that if you are eating fruit you aren't on a low carb diet, right?

            Fruit is loaded with sugars.

              You should eat pea gravel instead. Add vanilla for flavor as its kinda bland.

                Thank you for the prayers. She said she's good with HIM. She was baptized as a young girl. She says Grandpa, her dad, saw to that. I have my ..... Suspicions if you will

                We try to limit it our fruit because if the sugars.
                We/I USED to eats 2-4 bananas a day.
                I get bad leg cramps in the summer. I switched to taking Potassium and Magnesium supplements. Seems to help..

                  Apple cider vinegar for muscle cramps. I sweat like logging mule and have had them all my life. The vinegar is kinda nasty but chase it with ice water. Takes the cramps away.

                    I sweat like one as well.
                    The last three days I've sweat so much my by the end of the day my boots swum when I walk. Everyone thinks I went swimming..

                        Push button, your Mom is right!

                        And I only chimed in about the fruit because my wife's sister, a know genius <sarcasm> told us she was on a low carb diet but hadn't lost any weight and didn't know why everybody thought low carb was such a big deal. So after a few questions we found out that she had been having apples and oranges for snacks between meals. We laughed pretty hard at that one.
