Asked to remove our stuff. Deer lease is for sale

Been blessed for the last 10 years to have a lease four miles from the house. Well the owner is getting up in age and the kids don't want it. Let me know if you want to buy it.

Sorry you lost your place. We worry about this every year.
If it had 3 less zeroes I could swing it!

Nice place and great country! It will take the right person to buy it and I can't imagine that will happen soon. Any way they will let you hunt it until it sells?

That won't sell for a while if ever at that price. That's almost $10k/AC.

Only way I'd buy it, is if it produced several million in oil revenue per year.

                      10k per acre is insane.

Yep, and the owner is keeping all mineral rights.

It's not going to sell. I'd ask if you could keep the hunting lease until it sells.

                            Are there any comps?

Looks like the price is comparable to the going rate.

That is one more 0 than the tax data. Good luck with the sale.
Hope they let you hunt it until it sales.
