Got the yak loaded up. All the gear. Heading to corpus to yak around for some specks in the Laguna madre. Only problem is I have to work tomorrow and won't be leaving till 4:00 pm. Have to be back by dark on Sunday. 4 hour one way and leave corpus by 4. I'm not sweating it but others believe it's not enough time. I'm addicted to the salt so maybe it's the addiction clouding my mind. So how many other guys would make the short trip?

If it were me, DON"T DRINK ALCOHOL. I would't make the drive for being sleepy.
The sun will wear you out by itself. Gatorade occasionally and lots of water.

I knew I wasn't crazy. Thanks fellas! Specs or reds, I don't care. Caught em last weekend just mostly small ones. Tore the 19" reds up. Even some 20" snook. Wind was rediculous so hopefully it's a little better.Comment
